The Role
The Regional Director Advisor Acquisition Recruiter is responsibile for the recruitment of qualified financial representatives for the Pacific Northwest territory & market segment. S/he will partner with management to establish recruiting goals & solutions. S/he will develop leads & determine suitability of the representatives current business and cultural alignment with Lincolns strategies, goals and compliance procedures. S/he will also be responsible for communicating the Lincoln Financial Network value proposition in the marketplace. An ideal candidate will have established relationships in the marketplace; someone who has managed a territory and has a entrepreneurial mindset and competitive drive.
Responsibilities
• Sources and develops prospective financial representatives within assigned territory.
• Develops leads and build relationships with prospective financial representatives; Provides prospective representatives with continued, on-going contact.
• Develops recruiting plan and executes on recruiting goals.
• Develops non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify leads in their territory.
• Prepares and delivers formal business presentations to qualified prospective representatives highlighting LFN products,technology and service.
• Attends network receptions within region to support recruiting efforts.
• Captures recruiting activity in contact management system.
• Communicates LFN value proposition within assigned territory.
• Determines suitability of current business with LFG strategies, goals and compliance procedures.
• Provides consultation and education to prospective financial representatives on platform options, and partners with field leadership and the advisor recruitment team to evaluate platform options.
• Represents LFN at various trade shows, conferences and seminars.
Education & Experience
• 3 - 5+ Years in External Recruiting in the securities/financial industry that directly aligns with the responsibilities of the position.(Required)
• Experienced Advisor Recruiter who has managed a territory (Preferred)
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
• Travel 25%-75% #LI-AY1
