Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and/or proven record of success, preferably for a global network of professional services firms and/or in a Service Delivery Center environment, including in the following areas:
• Providing a process driven approach to compliance, that includes creating process maps; utilizing tools and reviewing checklists for deliverables;
• Delivering training and creating User Guides; and,
• Understanding of Corporate-, Partnership- and/or SALT-related compliance, emphasizing how these areas interact with SDC models and operations.
Demonstrates thorough level of abilities and/or proven record of success, preferably for a global network of professional services firms and/or in a Service Delivery Center environment, including in the following areas:
• Teaming subject matter experts from the practice offices to incorporate standard compliance procedures into the SDC training curriculum;
• Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of internal staff and management;
• Facilitating training to entry level staff; and,
• Willingness to travel to SDC sites to deliver training, including Tampa, South Carolina, India and Argentina.
