Job Summary
Crowe is looking to add a Human Resource Specialist to help relieve the work load during a large Workday implementation. This is an onsite, 40 hours a week position in South Bend, IN.
DURATION:
Start immediately through October 2019 (through Workday implementation and deployment). Looking for a resource that wants a long-term temp/contractor role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• HR Reporting – responsible for running, formatting, summarizing daily, weekly and/or monthly reports as needed per the HR Report Distribution list. Assist with monthly turnover, workforce and newhire reports including preparation of data charts. Also, assist with quarterly diversity scorecard and summaries.
• SAP Activities – entry of information in SAP as it relates to:
• Position creation – includes iCIMS updates as well
• Career coach changes
• Newhire entry
• LOA entry
• Staff changes
• Other changes as needed
• Audits – audit work other HR users have entered in SAP as needed
• Newhires – learn the newhire process in order to assist during busy times and/or when backup is required. This includes entry into SAP, SharePoint and Excel data record templates and master data source. Backup of tracking forms received and follow-up on missing documents.
• Monthly staff changes – prep data records, prepare confirmation memos and entry into SAP.
• Contractor activities – support contractor set-up and compliance…contractor agreements, extensions, disengagements and forms tracking as needed.
• Employment Verifications – Backup for responding to employment verifications.
• HR Personnel Files – backup admin for uploading personnel documents, forms, correspondence into the electronic personnel files site in SharePoint.
• Exit Letters – back-up for exit letter preparation and mailing. This activity includes mailing the letter, then removing the individual from the Personal Preferences page, the audit of SAP entry, making sure benefits have ended in SAP, and creating the necessary documents to upload to the HR Personnel Files.
• Other Projects and Assignments as needed.
