Transformation Program Office, Program Reporting, Vice President
Job Summary
The Program Synthesis and Progress Reporting Manager will lead production of progress reports for various stakeholders to provide the transparency of program execution status
Responsibilities
• Responsible for producing monthly progress reports for Transformation Program targeted to the U.S. and HO executives and the Board
• Conduct Quality Review for weekly/monthly progress reports and work with Project Managers to improve the quality of the information in the progress reports
• Responsible for compiling materials for ad-hoc high level meetings
• Provide oversight for various logistics around the executive meetings
Qualifications
• 7-10 year experience in PMO
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively
• Writing skills
• Ability to create executive level presentation in powerpoint
