The Talent Acquisition Program Manager is responsible for driving key initiatives that will enrich the attraction through hire experience and enhance our HUB brand. Work with Talent Acquisition peers, HR and business partners to identify efficiency opportunities and advanced technology that will help transform the recruitment and candidate experience. The right candidate will have a blend of recruiting and project management experience in the talent space, strong customer partnerships, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
• Leads talent acquisition activity for a defined business area within the Corporate Business Hub.
• Acts as a key talent advisor, consulting with managers on all aspects of hiring including recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and presenting and negotiating offers.
• Proactively source candidates using internet resources, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Utilize ATS to process and track candidate activity and disposition.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and talent acquisition processes and policies.
Employer Brand and Candidate Experience
• Define practices to create and maintain a highly impactful experience to attract and engage talent.
• Design and execute communications across mediums, including the Talent Community, social content, and internal updates to recruiters to support needs of key stakeholders.
• Manage digital asset library for recruiting marketing needs in order to provide easy access to the necessary resources to support efforts to attract the best talent in the market.
• Work closely with HUB Corporate Marketing team to ensure consistent brand for external HUB branding and candidate/employee experience.
• Support the internal collaboration needs of the recruiting team through content development, execution and team site management.
• Support new hire onboarding activities
Recruiting Technology & Vendor Account Management
• Evaluates new technologies and tools, oversees implementation of technology enhancements, and ensures effective roll-out and change management to all users (recruiters, managers, candidates).
• Administers CRM & ATS solutions, including interface integrations with Workday headcount management & onboarding and Employment Screening background screening.
• Manage enterprise relationship with external vendors to monitor effectiveness of budget spend on recruiting.
• Manage Hub’s relationships with outside organizations. Manage aspects of career fair participation, including booth presentation, recruiters, interviews, pipelining candidates, etc.
• Work with regional HR leads to analyze recruiting metrics as required for reporting purposes to measure diversity recruiting efforts and initiatives; share best practices with regional HR leadership to help integrate diversity outreach into talent acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or other
• 2-5 years’ experience in recruiting, communications or other related function
• Experience building and/or utilizing social media strategies
• Customer-centric mentality. Delivers solutions to meet the needs of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries (vertically and horizontally) and to influence outcomes without hierarchical authority
• Prior project management experience a plus
• Experience with Workday, Avature or SharePoint a plus
