The Specialist Client Banking ll is responsible for reconciling and reporting all financial activity performed on behalf of our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting requirements
• Reconcile bank accounts to appropriate claim system ledgers within agreed-upon timeframes
• Maintain vendor records (1099 information, addresses, updates, etc.)
• Perform TIN-matching to validate information received from vendors and to ensure accurate reporting
• Provide information to clients, vendors, employees, and auditors
• Work with other employees to make adjustments and corrections to our records as needed
• Support AVP of Client Banking with special projects
• Provide assistance in completing the 1099 reporting process for claim payments issued on behalf of our clients
• Assist in meeting state unclaimed property escheatment requirements

• Ability to use banking, government, and other websites effectively
• Ability to learn claims system functionality
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and processes
KNOWLEDGE:
• Basic accounting
• Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office
• Unclaimed property reporting preferred
