Audit Senior Analyst - Recruiting & Development
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 3+ years’ experience in a role with exposure to Audit profession and related talent development needs
• Related professional certifications welcome but not required
The Purpose of Your Role
This talent acquisition and development role supports Corporate Audit’s objective to attract and develop high-caliber talent (both college and experienced hires). You will be a member of the Audit “Innovation & Enablement” team, supporting our recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development efforts. Key stakeholders include the Audit leadership team, Audit associates, the Fidelity Enterprise Risk Management (FERM) Operations group, and the Audit Development Team.

• Fluent in usage of Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
The Value You Deliver
Your primary responsibilities are facilitation and execution of Audit's recruiting program (full-time hires and interns), project management of our onboarding program, and development and execution of our Associate Development program (in conjunction with our internal Development Team, a few full-time Auditors with a passion for associate development). In this collaborative role, you work with multiple stakeholders within and outside of Audit.
