Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Community Wealth Management (CWM). Manages a team of Personal Trust Advisors and other professionals. Develops and evaluates relationship management, sales and service skills of team members through regular coaching sessions, joint calls, team meetings, and delivers positive reinforcement and recognition for outstanding performance. Develops a market business plan and client relationship management and sales plans with the team and ensures that the plans are executed. Assigns clients to the appropriate client services delivery team and account manager, and ensures that client objectives are understood and met and that services are delivered effectively. Coordinates with Regional President and CWM staff to implement new products, programs, pricing and processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of experience in Personal Trust
• Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Strong relationship and sales management, personal trust, and
new business development/sales skills
• Expert knowledge of all Community Wealth Management products and services
• Extensive knowledge of other U.S. Bancorp products and services
• Strong management skills
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make critical decisions independently
