Role Responsibilities:
1. Review of current tracking, identifying what is unused/outdated and begin thinking about new tracking initiatives to add further insight
2. Ongoing acquisition analysis, pre/post-application
3. Provide extensive front-end training to marketing colleagues, to encourage self-service analytics as a long-term solution and provoke a data-led culture
4. Oversee/manage rollout on Nadex’ end. Provide support throughout the rollout process and manage the relationship with London
5. Working closely with marketing channel owners to understand their current business problems and develop reporting/dashboards to better the business
6. Providing data analysis and strategic insights to help accelerate growth and profitability of paid search, display, social and other digital marketing channels
7. Assist Nadex Sales and Customer Service teams with analyzing data to make better data driven operational and goal oriented decisions
Person Specification:
Ability / Expertise
Essential:
1. Intermediate experience using Adobe Analytics
2. Data driven mindset with the ability to tell a story from data
3. Experience presenting data with insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
Essential:
• 3-4 years in a similar analytical role
Desirable:
Financial services background
Personal Attributes:
Passion for digging into data and analyzing numbers. Mindset for taking data and turning it into actionable insights. Works well in a team enviroment and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision
