Description
The Real Estate Appraisal Environment Reporting Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain data integrity and serve as primary liaison for the Appraisal and Environmental Divisions of Real Estate Risk Services (RERS) including direct, robust interaction with lenders, external vendors and RERS staff. Wwll serve as the primary liaison and point-of-contact with both internal customers and external vendors in the fulfillment of RERS regulatory responsibilities.
• Research and archive reports and data
• Compile market data extracted from appraisal and environmental reports and various industry surveys
• Maintenance of real estate research libraries
• Provide support for the content of the internal intranet site
• Assist in managing the data (hard copy and e-copy) for immediate access by internal department colleagues and various Citizens commercial lending groups
• Enter and maintain real estate and project data within the Database and Dashboard that is critical to the overall function of the department
• Provide responsive customer service to external vendors and internal customers (i.e., loan officers, etc.)
• Solicit bids and administer engagements of external vendors including contracts, vendor correspondence, etc. and tracking of appraisal and environmental reports
• Process vendor reports and invoices upon receipt in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative assistance to the RERS group in accordance with internal procedures
• Maintain extensive projects files including periodic archiving and retrieval
• Fulfill risk management objectives including, but not limited to, tasks related to Business Continuity Plan (BCP), records management and vendor management
• Completion of special projects as assigned by the managers and directors
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• 1-2 Years working in a commercial real estate environment (e.g., financial industry, real estate brokerage, appraisal company, environmental consultancy), business systems analyst role or reporting capability
• Advanced administrative training or working equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of PC’s; Word, Excel and Access skills required.
• Strong organizational skill.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to work and solve problems independently.
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously in a time sensitive environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to assume responsibilities for projects and tasks assigned by management.
Education:
• Required - High School or Equivalent (GED)
• Preferred - Bachelor Degree
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F
