Business Analytics and Metrics Lead

The Team
The Business Analytics and Metrics Lead will report to the Head of Project Management and Shared Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving reporting and analytics to support key metrics, complex ad-hoc requests, and develop key insights to help HR Operations & Service Delivery achieve its mission. You will understand the business results, consult with management on key decisions, and oversee the delivery of management reporting. You will set strategic direction for the team you manage and ensure their skills continue to develop. You’ll consult with senior management and key business partners to drive impactful and creative analysis to answer key business questions.
This role provides thought leadership, consulting, and strategic direction on Key Performance Indications (KPIs) needed to drive customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, service efficiencies, and data integrity. In addition, this role leads a small team in providing management routine and monitoring support for the function by working with management. You will frequently help the leadership team understand drivers, determine action plans, and communicate results.
The Expertise You Have
• 8+ years of business intelligence, and management reporting experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Outstanding consultative skills
• Data visualization and integration of data from various data sources
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Experience with SQL Server data management and reporting via SSRS a plus
• Experience working with HR and Associate data is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the overall Fidelity organizational structure is preferred

• You have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with an ability to consolidate complex ideas in clear, succinct terms to both analytical and non-analytical audiences
• You put in the effort to ‘work smarter’ and create efficient, scalable processes to support ongoing needs

• Providing the strategic direction for and delivery of management reporting materials including by not limited to monthly dashboards and scorecards, monthly business review materials, and quarterly business review materials
• Leadership for and oversight of analysts on your team
• Designing and creating presentations that have very high visibility with HR and Fidelity senior leaders
