Role Responsibilities:
1. Convert prospects from practice trading accounts through live account applications, leveraging multiple communication channels including: phone, email, SMS, social media, chat, and webinars
2. Educate and coach prospects on the Nadex platform, products, and other relevant trading tools
3. Document all client communication and engagement in Salesforce and/or appropriate platforms
4. Partner with other departments (Marketing, Compliance, Treasury, IT, Engagement, Business Development) to ensure first-class levels of support and improve prospect conversions
5. Ensure compliance with all Nadex policies and procedures related to interactions with clients
6. Identify barriers to success while providing solutions to improve the overall client conversion metrics and experience
7. Exude the firm’s visions and values by championing the client, leading the way, and loving what we do"
Person Specification:
Ability / Expertise
Essential:
1. 1-3 years of financial services experience within a client facing role, sales and customer support ( internships considered)
2. Excellent professional communication skills
3. Sales Training
Desirable:
1. Trading Knowledge and a keen interest in the financial markets
2. Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM experience
3. Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce
Qualifications
Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a finance discipline
