JOB DUTIES:
-Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone communications internally and externally to maintain a professional image
-Greets clients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming and positive manner and escorts to appropriate office or conference room
-Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring and issuing visitor badges
-Handles general administrative duties including company announcements, scanning filing, typing, faxing, copying, mailing and maintaining general communication
-Assists in preparation for onsite meetings and conference rooms
-Assists in gathering requested information and files in preparation for client site visits
-Reserves and coordinates travel itineraries for employees including hotel and cars during emergency weather situations.
-Supports HR Generalist with new employee orientations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a High school diploma required
Minimum of 1 year administrative or clerical experience required
