Job Title: BSA Due Diligence Analyst (Bank Secrecy Act)
Functional Title: BSA Due Diligence Analyst
Reports To: BSA Analyst Supervisor
Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions
Job Group Category: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Work Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 (M-F) Overtime as needed
Primary Purpose: (Summary of major reason this job exists)
Assist the BSA Department with BSA/AML related due diligence monitoring of BancorpSouth's Customers and their transactions via a designated BSA computer system (Patriot Officer) as well data obtained from the Bank’s core systems and independent reports.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned)
• Review and monitor customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence as necessary.
• Cite exceptions and require additional documentation if necessary through CDO and the NetTrax system.
• Utilize the BSA computer system (Patriot Officer) along with the Bank’s core systems and outside sources to fully investigate BancorpSouth customers as needed on a risk basis.
• Review account activity of customers to determine if high risk activity occurs in their BancorpSouth bank accounts.
• Monitor ongoing transactional from any customer determined to have high risk banking activity.
• Perform any special projects as determined.

• General Banking Knowledge
• Prefer Bank Secrecy Act knowledge
• Good Communication Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Good Computer Skills
• Proficient in Excel and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment
• Team Player
