Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the escrow team, including, but not limited to, tax and insurance tracking and payment activities, timely and accurate generation of escrow analyses, and management of the loss draft process. Recruit, hire, train, retain and motivate team members to meet production and quality expectations. Ensure all activities are compliant and focused on providing exceptional customer service and experience.
Essential Job Functions:
• Ensure staffing levels are in concert with staffing plans and models.
• Recruit, train and maintain team members
• Perform periodic and annual reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Track and share productivity and quality levels for each team member
• Manage hazard insurance activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Manage mortgage insurance activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Manage real estate tax activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Manage hazard insurance activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Manage escrow analysis activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Manage loss draft activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Ensure integrity of system data and processes through implementation and review of internal control reports
• Manage escrow research activities in a timely, accurate, compliant and customer-focused manner
• Assist as requested on special projects

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
