Position Overview:
The role of the Treasury Management Solutions Specialist is to process new client implementations regarding any Treasury Management product and/or service. He/she must accurately interpret the request by drafting the Treasury Management agreements and setting up the client on the systems. Once completed, the client is visited and thoroughly trained on the contracted Treasury Management products/services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Treasury Management documents, agreements and implement Treasury Management product/services for new and existing customers
• Conduct onsite customer trainings and installations throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
• Open a TM Commercial Product ticket for customer billing
• Access and navigate internal banking applications to include but not limited to: IBS Insight, Client Portal, BST, CST, Vision Content, StorQM, 3270, and ACH Tracker.
• Pull, review, and resolve ACH Report discrepancies, rejects and, exceptions for each of the Charters.
• Communicate and coordinate with Internal departments to setup services
• Know and understand all of the current and future Treasury Management Products offered.
• Be compliant with audit, government regulations and bank policies
• Keep informed of system enhancements and updates
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting a plus
• CTP a plus
• AAP a plus
• Previous banking experience preferred
• Previous Treasury Management experience a plus
• Knowledge of ACH & BeB a plus
• Vehicle required and valid driver's license
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a multi-task environment
• Effectively communicate with all levels of internal colleagues and external customers
• Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
