Mr. Cooper is seeking a communication leader to direct, plan, coordinate and create communications objectives for Titan Transformation and other Servicing Organization activities. The Titan Transformation is a multi-year initiative lead by the Servicing organization that will drive innovation and enhance digitial capabilities that will improve the customer and team member experience across the entire organization. This role is responsible for ideating messages that will be used in print, digital and video materials that promote awareness of large-scale change management activities and other Servicing initiatives. The Servicing Organization Transformation Communications leader will identify and create various communication materials (writes, reads, proofs, edits and rewrites copy) to ensure all Mr. Cooper team members receive consistent, dependable, and reliable Titan Transformation and other Servicing information with consideration to the overall Corporate goals and strategic messaging.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Work with Titan Transformation and other Servicing teams to identify, collect and develop change messaging
• Serve as the communications advisor for Servicing executive and other key members of the leadership team
• Create a wide range of communication for different audiences and stakeholders
• Develop communication messages by partnering with project managers, change leadership, human resources, and learning and development
• Author communication deliverables for diverse messaging types and channels including emails, presentations, and talking points
• Engage with leaders, SMEs and/or legal to obtain input and approval of deliverables for distribution
• Maintain a collection of documents and communications in central repository for Titan Transformation messaging
• Ensure all communication documents are kept current and the documentation updates are communicated to business users
• Integrate Servicing messaging into corporate wide initiatives
Required Skills:
• Strong internal corporate communications experience
• Ability to communicate future state by connecting the voice of top leaders to frontline team members
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to communicate a positive and upbeat message that amplifies Mr. Cooper values
• Effective time management practices and highly accountable to Titan deadlines
• Effective interaction with all levels of team members at Mr. Cooper
• Ability to see ways to package communication messaging by promoting the vision of Titan
• Calm working with ambiguity while Titan Transformation matures and modifications are made
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree (prefer degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related field)
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Change Management and/or Internal Communications.
