The clerk is responsible for data entry, filing, photo copying, sorting and/or distribution of documents as directed by the supervisor in the Claims function.
Responsibilities:
• File documents according to supervisory direction
• Enter or key information into a computer for the Claims function
• Distribute documents to the appropriate personnel as required/needed
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required
• The Clerk may be requested to code or load information into the computer or other filing means
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous office experience with an emphasis on organization of work duties and performing job functions independently
• Experience dealing with dated material and/or strict adherence to guidelines
• 2-3 weeks of immediate, mandatory and uninterrupted training are required upon hire
