What this job involves:
• Partner with stakeholders including senior leaders and HR to complete learning needs assessments.
• Provide stakeholders a clear understanding of JLL’s talent programs and ensure they are being implemented and utilized effectively to achieve organizational goals, providing leadership and management coaching as required. Communicate with a high level of impact with strong influencing and collaborating skills.
• Recommend strategic and tactical development solutions that drive improved performance and meet or exceed the stakeholder’s originally-stated needs and business goal(s).
• Lead and mentor a team of performance consultants on the creation and maintenance of a learning library and use of industry best practices for conducting effective needs assessments.
• Use your experience, industry trends, best practices, benchmarks and proven models to anticipate and diagnose the impact of talent management from a learning and leadership development point of view to inform decisions related to setting strategy, policy, practices and business initiatives.
• Define learning solution strategies, including learning goals and constraints necessary for program success, partner with the design team and/or vendors and ensure effectiveness of the solution through measurement strategies.
• Work in collaboration with instructional designers and SMEs to coordinate creation of learning programs. Lead or monitor the progress of projects, guide the efforts of team members and provide input and review as needed.
• Vet potential vendor partners. Initiate relationships with vendors as needed to identify and provide solutions.
• Lead, align with or advise others in measuring and reporting on program outcomes while applying continuous improvement to ensure organizational objectives are being met.
• Ensure recommended learning programs operate optimally so JLL can deliver on development needs in an efficient and effective way. This may entail process optimization work as well as leveraging innovative learning approaches.
• Present assessment findings and program ideas to Talent leadership to align the learning strategy with the broad talent management strategy and to secure prioritization and resources.
• Develop the process, structures and environment to operationalize programs. Partner with business unit leaders in a coaching capacity to support development strategies and initiatives. Partner with teams in HR to streamline processes for sustainability.
• Thinks broadly to create recommendations and solutions that push grow the business agenda; challenges status quo
• Assists senior HR leadership and HR community in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives; Provides direction and coaching to team members.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, especially related to drivers of engagement and retention; can talk to HR and business leaders on the steps that were taken to get to a recommendation or a data point
• Stays up to date on internal and external organizational and business trends through regular attendance of conferences or external publishers.
• Work closely with the HRIS manager to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
• Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
• Responsible for ensuring all content and delivery methods (both delivery and supporting materials) drives the desired behaviour and mindset shift as well as building competence, confidence and knowledge.
• Responsible to communicating development initiatives to internal stakeholders with a variety of methods that include effective use of the intranet.
• Professional diagnosis, design and delivery to support the effective professional development of key groups within the firm

• Demonstrated experience as a dynamic HR Leader with strong people management, relationship building, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and scenario design
• Skilled in advanced administrator capabilities within learning management systems and technologies (Skillport, Cornerstone on Demand)
• A track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can assess learning needs and deliver solutions which align with the strategic direction of the organization
• Proven track record of thriving in a fast paced HR function, demonstrating strong HR leadership on an international scale, and the ability to implement a People Strategy
• Experience working side by side with leadership on critical organizational projects, and/or embedded in the business serving in a broad HR role
• Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen (e.g., understand P&L and impacts of financial statements on business operations)
• Deep project and change management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent and enable the business to manage through change
• Experience leading and participating in large scale HR and organizational transformations
• Learning agility, adaptability, flexibility of approach, comfortability with ambiguity, and the ability to upskill quickly
• Attention to detail while managing several complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to lead, coach and advise leadership to empower employees and builds high-performing teams
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and resolve with standard solutions and new approaches as needed
