Communicate effectively and professionally with debtors to determine cause of delinquency and resolve payment issue. Initiating contact by utilization of auto-dialer/phone in a fast-paced environment. The Collector I contributes to the Bank’s ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Installment Loan accounts, through high productive use of a predictive dialer and other means to make contact with customer.
Work Hours:
Flexible scheduling, with weekly prime-time hours required (5-9 pm M-R, Friday afternoon 1-5 pm, or Saturday 8-12).
Education:
2+ years collections experience preferred.
Excellent verbal & written skills.
HS diploma required, college degree preferred. Candidates currently pursuing a 4 year degree encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Accurint, Experian, Trans Union, E-Oscar, Microsoft Word & Excel a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills are required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities is a plus.
Experience with a predictive dialer and operating a computer to retrieve and enter information preferred.
Skip tracing experience preferred.
