HOURS: (Shifts will vary and are subject to schedule needs 40/hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of a Full-Time Real Estate Pre-Approval Specialist III in our Houston, Heights branch.
The Real Estate Pre-Approval Specialist III is primarily responsible for reviewing loan documentation for Business or Commercial & Industrial loans types prior to closing. Providing high quality and professional service to our lending staff and banking centers. They also Review loan documentation and communicate with Lenders and Assistants for corrections if needed. They will fulfill other duties as assigned. A full description of duties will be available upon hiring.

Required Skills:
Have a positive, professional and courteous interaction with associates and customers, when necessary.
Be able to manage multiple projects/duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.

General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
Complete duties by pre-established deadlines when necessary.
Have a general knowledge of the type of documentation it takes to perfect a lien.
Have a general knowledge of Texas credit code and Federal Regulations
Required Experience:
High School Diploma/GED: Associates and Bachelor Degree preferred.
Typing
10-key
Personal computer Experience (Word & Excel)
General Office Equipment
Must have Prior Real Estate Review experience. (2-5 years)
General knowledge of Article Uniform Credit Code.
General knowledge of Real Estate Perfection.
