Blackstone’s Working Capital Management (WCM) Team
Founded in 2009, the mission of WCM is to operate a world-class, technologically-advanced platform that offers a full scope of investment, liquidity, and risk management capabilities on a global scale. The group, while based in New York, has a global footprint comprised of the following teams: Treasury Finance, Treasury Capital Markets, Treasury Operations Technology, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Procurement, and Liquidity Solutions platforms. Responsibilities range from investment portfolio management, balance sheet risk, ensuring access to capital markets, hedging (fx, credit, interest rate), bank relations, daily cash management, accounts receivable/payable, financial reporting, and other supporting finance functions.
Blackstone WCM Global Middle Office
WCM’s Global Middle Office (GMO) is a newly formed team dedicated to ensuring efficiency, control and transparency within Operations, Capital Markets and Finance. The team is responsible for credit facility administration, cash forecasting, market data integrity, and reporting initiatives with continued efforts to enhance and automate processes.

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a treasury operations or middle office context
• Experience with a Treasury Management system (Wall Street Suite, FIS Quantum) a plus
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
