Candidate will be responsible for supporting the supervisor in the incoming and outgoing areas of the department. Must have leadership qualities with the ability to direct staff to meet daily workflow requirements and at the same time meet multiple deadlines throughout the day. Candidate must also have good communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to motivate staff towards department goals while working in a team environment. Must be willing to monitor staff, assist staff with more complex accounts, train, fill in for staff as needed and must have the ability to perform all department jobs as necessary.
Work Hours:
Saturday-Sunday 7:00am -3:30pm
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Computer/keyboarding skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required
• 10 key by touch
Preferred applicants will have:
• Attention to detail
• Remittance Processing experience preferred
• Self Motivated
