The Corporate Investor Relations (IR) team is part of the Finance organization, which supports the Board and senior management in managing the company’s relationships with the financial community, shareholders, and other stakeholders. The primary goal of the IR team is to educate and update current and prospective shareholders and analysts about the strategic direction and financial results of the company.
This role is a high visibility opportunity to work closely with senior and executive management of AXA, engage on critical strategic messaging topics and successfully implement an investor relations and financial communications plan in support of the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct investor targeting analysis for conferences, roadshows, etc. and provide proactive insight into current and prospective shareholders
• Maintain IR calendar and manage planning and logistics for key events (e.g. earnings, conferences, roadshows)
• Manage Investor Relations portion of website
• Contribute to planning, drafting, and distribution of key documents and messages (e.g. earnings documents, press releases, investor presentations, scripts)
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company in partnership with Finance
• Monitor, analyze and communicate peer company and industry trends
• Prepare ad hoc analysis (financial and analytical IR communications)
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in financial services experience
• Bachelors or equivalent degree with strong record of academic achievement
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple demands
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, both written and oral, to senior internal and external audiences
• Good judgment and impeccable ethic
• · Intellectual curiosity and desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative environment
• · Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• · Strong analytical or financial modeling skills
