JOB SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support Talent Acquisition and business lines by identifying and attracting best in class candidates. The Sourcer will leverage advanced internet searches, social networking sites, networking opportunities, competitor research, and cold calling activities to locate and engage passive candidates, building talent pools for current and future hiring needs. This role interacts and partners with Talent Acquisition Consultants (TAC) and business line leaders to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively mines online job sites and ATS to generate resumes for potential candidate's that meet minimum requirement.
• Uses databases, Boolean searches, LinkedIn and other social media networks to create a rich talent pipeline for hard to fill, niche, similar type jobs, aged or other key strategic positions.
• Vet potential prospective candidates, identified through research, for qualifications and interest in position. Present viable candidates to TAC and/or hiring manager.
• Maintain talent pool of passive candidates to reduce sourcing times on future searches.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to create and execute multiple cost-effective sourcing/recruitment strategies/plans (recruitment advertising, web-based job boards, educational programs, job fairs, etc.) to identify, build and maintain a pipeline of talent.
• Creates a monthly/quarterly dashboard of metrics, utilizing a variety of analytical tools to perform statistical analysis and measure effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Identifies trends and expertise in the external marketplace for attracting the best talent through ongoing research and networking efforts. Networks with external sources to continually improve and enhance relationships, as well as maintain the company’s presence in the market.
• Sells the organizations value proposition and provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidate about the company and position.
• Support TA Team and business lines to meet organizational Diversity and Inclusion hiring goals (Veteran, Individuals with Disabilities, Minority, Women, Specialized Programs).
• Partner with TA Manager to maintain recruitment data and prepare reports for metric benchmarking, analyze progress toward goals, and assess requisition aging and current recruitment activity.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies and maintains up to date internal compliance policies. Meets recruitment targets. (D&I, slate, days to fill, HM satisfaction survey).

Job Requirements
• Ability to interpret policies & procedures in accordance with standard banking practices;
• Analyze, interpret and communicate complex issues and recommendations;

• Basic math and reading skills, and attention to detail;

Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field or work experience equivalent required.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Required Experience: 2-4 years of sourcing, marketing and/or recruitment experience with 1-2 years in a Human Resource position. Social media and digital strategy experience a plus!
