At CoBank, our Executive Assistant supports the management of a banking group through administrative support in areas such as budgetary planning and control, meeting planning and coordination, audit tracking, and communication and information dissemination.The Executive Assistant also assists in the preparation of regular and special management, committee, corporate, and board reports for the group.This associate monitors and coordinates the development and maintenance of documents that may include policies, procedures, and internal management tools for the group. In addition, the Executive Assistant provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the group executive and other senior managers in the banking group.
Basic Qualifications
• College degree with emphasis in business or administrative training or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 7 plus years administrative/secretarial experience, including 3 plus years of support of an executive or group of executives.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced interpersonal communications, leadership, planning, and organization skills.
• High proficiency with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, customers, and other outside parties.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
