JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Marketing Director
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
Position Summary: Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns for the bank. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for assigned sales teams across multiple business platforms.
• Translate desired business outcomes into strategy and execute marketing programs and activities, which include advertising, sales content and internal communications.
• Act as a point of contact with third-party vendors and internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf ensuring goals are being met.
• Oversee all vendor agreements with builders and realtors under the supervision of Marketing Director.
• Administer activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.
• Manage the designated mortgage marketing software systems.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director in the development and maintenance of written policies and procedures within the Marketing department.
• Delegate essential duties and responsibilities to assigned marketing staff.
• Provide oversight and direction to the assigned employees in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Manage assigned employees by use of time management and performance management to include goal setting, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
• Oversee staffing needs to include recruiting, interviewing, new employee onboarding, and termination.
Job Skills/Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7-10 years’ of industry related experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office package software including (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer, etc.)
• In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and desktop skills including interfacing with print shops or vendors
• Knowledge of applicable banking and mortgage regulations and policies.
• Budget Management Skills.
• A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Top of Mind Preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Preferred.
Language Ability:
Requires ability to read, analyze and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to respond to common inquiries from internal and external customers. Demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills required to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations by phone, email or in person.
