This position is part of the Human Resource Operations team and will partner closely with our Employee Relations group, the Office of General Counsel, and with HR Functional leaders. This Corporate Vice President position will be responsible for executing HR initiatives related to: compliance & reporting, company policies, data governance & security, and other HR programs/initiatives as dictated by business needs. This position requires a strong background in controls and governance, is process oriented, and requires effective communication and project management skills to drive consistent enterprise and HR processes across the organization. This managerial position is consultative, strategic, as well as tactical, and requires hands-on leadership. Demonstrated experience with system security best practices is required, preferably in the HR domain.
Major Responsibilities Include:
1. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards – i.e. technology, risk and financial controls.
2. Be responsible for setting the access strategy for HR systems to ensure the appropriate levels of access for employees and contingent workers within HR and across the enterprise. The person will need to design, build and implement security models and have oversight for monitoring the HR security permissions on a regular frequency.
3. Manage the records management and business continuity programs for the HR department.
4. Oversee workforce escalations in partnership with Employee Relations and the Office of the General Counsel, particularly as it relates to background checks and consulting extensions.
5. Serves as a point of escalation for governance issues, as it relates to the workforce data, and will work closely with Business and HR Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets.
6. Oversee the strategic planning and project management reporting across the department. Ensure department initiatives are calibrated and prioritized, and resource needs are met.
7. Be the central point of contact for third party contracts in HR.
8. Coordinate HR Audit inquiries and follow ups.

Technical Skills – Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Project. Experience with SuccessFactors preferred. Data governance and information security experience required.
