Job Description
Job Brief:
The Analyst II position will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Default Collections Support Team and is accountable for implementing and enhancing procedures, controls and workflow for the Administrative Support. The analyst will work closely with compliance, legal and internal/external teams to ensure our controls and procedures adhere to regulations. This individual will be accountable for continuous improvement and will serve as a back–up for testing functions performed by Process Quality Analyst. They will also be responsible for development of Administrative Support scorecards. In addition, this individual will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. The Analyst will be assist with small projects and remediation efforts as they may arise.
Essential Job Function:
• Partner with Change Control team to perform yearly review of procedures
• Develop new procedures and controls based on changing regulations and business needs
• Complete Administrative Support monthly and quarterly workflow reports
• Partner with Second Lien of Defense and Management to remediate findings
• Partner with Analytics to develop new reports to provide efficiencies
• Serve as a back-up for process testing
• Partner with Analytics to build scorecard for Administrative Support
• Resolve escalations that may arise with strict deadlines
• Any other tasks assigned by Senior Leaders
Required Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little to no supervision
• Demonstrated ability to handle change
• Displayed sense of ownership in relation to attitude and actions, assignments and event outcomes
• Ability to multi task
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving techniques
• Ability to travel to other KeyBank locations if needed
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work based on business need
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word , Excel and PowerPoint)
• Business Acumen
