Job Description
Visa is seeking a senior risk management analyst that will work with our internal teams to assess and manage key technology risks. Specifically, the candidate will assist with coordination of technology reviews executed on our environment by independent organizations, and support other technology controls oversight activities, including monitoring and validation of control effectiveness, and issue and event management. The candidate will also support broader technology risk management activities including KPI/KRI evaluation and implementation, and control exception processing and governance. The candidate will collaborate with key technology partners across the organization, and distill information into management and executive-level reporting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of technology risks and controls, and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The position reports to the VP of Technology Risk (within our Enterprise Risk Management organization).
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with coordinating reviews on Visa’s technology environment executed by independent organizations:
◦ Prepare and review document request lists
◦ Gather supporting documentation from control owners
◦ Validate information before submitting to the independent organizations
◦ Review issues or action items identified
◦ Escalate to management
◦ Track results
◦ Provide results to management and/or clients
◦ Incorporate feedback from reviews to enhance execution
• Oversee the effectiveness of technology controls through the above third-party reviews as well as independent control effectiveness validation through continuous monitoring and/or testing.
• Support other technology risk management programs such as control exceptions management and governance, as well as the development of KPIs/KRIs used to evaluate the technology risk landscape.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with project management, vendor management, auditing, and/or technology controls
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity (e.g. access management, data security, etc.), availability (e.g. incident and change management, capacity management), and business continuity risks and controls
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently and adapt to changes in priorities quickly
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate formally and informally
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and debate across geographic, functional lines and levels
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in regulated industries a plus, but not required
• Experience in payments a plus, but not required
