Overall purpose:
• Provide the necessary support to grow the Supply Chain Finance (“SCF”) business in the Americas, and to maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Deliver SCF products and manage the SCF portfolio, providing deal-structuring and delivery platform expertise, and supporting the credit administration, operation and compliance functions.
• SCF business includes both receivables and payables financing solutions. The SFC team will work with RMs in coverage teams and Transactors in IB&M (Securitization and CSTF).
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of 3 implementation analysts
• Responsible for on-boarding new clients under our implementation framework including:
• Coordinating with SCF Structuring on deal dynamics
• Dimensioning internal resources required for deal completion
• Assessing delivery systems to support clients
• Meeting with clients to discuss process and expectations
• Developing project plans for implementation milestones
• Engaging third-party platform partners and ensure proper platform set up
• Coordinating with Trade Services Operations on delivery and readiness
• Ensuring Legal, Credit, and Compliance documentation completed (KYC, UCC filings)
• Setting up UAT environment
• Providing customer training on platforms
• Setting up & activating deals to production status
• Serving as subject-matter expert on technology platforms; strengthening technology platform relationships
Qualifications
We Require:
• College Graduate, BA or BS.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SCF and/or receivables finance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations and /or credit administration
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance product set
• Expertise on FinTech/proprietary SCF platforms
• Prior experience in Trade Operations desirable
• Detailed familiarity with legal structures for both Receivable Purchase and Approved Payables Finance programs
• Proven organization and project management skills
• Client facing experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
