Job Description
Job Summary:
Performs a variety of clerical duties to provide administrative and operational support to the branch mortgage production staff to ensure effective branch operations. Generally serves as the first point of contact to the mortgage customer. All duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports marketing and advertising efforts in the branch
• Assists processing center with obtaining loan information
• Assists with scheduling of closing.
• Manages branch cross-sell reporting through S-Link
• Assists with data entry of Empower
• Maintains P & P in branch: keeps updated
• Keeps track of all memo and files in a central location
• Greets customers, answers phones, copying, etc.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Perform other related duties as required.
