Description
The Operations Support II position works within a team environment and provides high quality back office services. This position will support the Commercial Participation/Syndication department. Responsibilities include imaging/scanning documents to an internal imaging system, data entry, account review, execution of wires and various maintenance activities. In addition, the Operations Support II ensures all required documentation has been accurately processed on the system. The Operations Support II supports and communicates to the team at all times as pertinent documentation is received from third parties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
30% Productivity: Meets productivity goals within established time frames (measured by Service Level Agreements and/or OE).
30%- Service Quality: Provides excellent customer service and meets quality/accuracy standards (measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, error reports).
20% -Lives our company values, embraces change and ensures an inclusive, positive work climate.
20%- Responsible for assessing risk and complies with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
High School graduate or College Graduate Preferred.
4 - 6 years directly related experience in banking industry or related field.
4- 6 Years whole loan and security reporting, remitting, reconciliation background.
Knowledge – Overall exceptionally strong accounting and banking background. Traditional servicing system knowledge including an ability to quickly learn alternate Servicing/Consumer/Commercial loan systems and products. Must be proficient in Excel, extracting, downloading, and importing files. Knowledge of MS Access and Word preferred.
Skills – Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail skills required.
Abilities – The ability to communicate and build rapport with others. Take initiative, be able to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities and meet established deadlines.
HOURS: Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
