The Strategic Initiative Analyst is responsible for supporting programs and projects from initiation to implementation for the engagement to which they are aligned. The analyst is responsible for assisting in execution coordination including documentation and reporting as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
• Supports VP and Director to understand needs/requirements of initiative to which they are aligned.
• Responsible for administering plans and managing upkeep of other project documents (risks, issues, key decisions, meeting minutes) to ensure successful delivery of commitments.
• Delivers assigned activities on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Provides necessary reporting and documentation to support engagements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 5+ years program/project support.
• Microsoft Office suite proficient and exposure to project management methodologies.
• Working knowledge in Financial Services preferred.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
