Ally is currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Ally Dealer Reward (ADR) team as a Financial Analyst. Ally's ability to bring on new and maintain existing business will be dependent on our ability to competitive funding, which requires a dedicated and focused professional. As a member of our ADR team you will be required to respond quickly to business opportunities as they arise while maintaining day-to-day operational ADR activities.
Job Responsibilities
• The Financial Analyst will compile and review internal data in support of regular monthly reporting routines, as well as in conjunction with various ADR requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assist in approval process around ADR program enrollment and custom programs
• Communicate with field personnel to understand various request and provide viable alternatives to reach the desired outcome
• Provide dealer profitability to understand the currently economics of a request and determine potential upside
• Participate/Lead bi-weekly discussions with field personnel to address concerns and questions around ADR offerings
• Provide support for monthly ADR reporting as well as impact analysis on recently launched programs
• Support the launch of new ADR programs through development of analysis to assess the economic impact of potential programs
• Facilitate activities around ADR Governance
• Attend sub-committee meetings and document actions/decisions as needed
• Coordinate annual review/update and committee/council charter
• Monitor adherence to ADR policies/procedures
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to other facets of the ADR Team as well as other parts of the organization
Qualifications
• BS degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics (or related field)
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• SAS experience a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
