This position will support our Investments’ Global Marketing Operations team, which is responsible for improving the effectiveness of our marketing technology platforms, creating end-to-end strategies for event management, developing new value-add programs for clients, and building a consistent, high-quality RFP practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, seek-out learning opportunities, have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
• Post marketing literature (including 70+ each of: fact sheets, commentaries, pitch books, and other product, value add and investment marketing materials)
• Collect updates from the team and keep product marketing and content calendar up to date
• Responsible for the weekly marketing alert
• Assist with Compliance submissions for select projects
• Handle updates for basic materials that are not yet automated
• Maintain updates to marketing intranet site
• Assist with basic events/conference logistics, including support for internal and external meetings
• Assist with basic budget tracking and maintenance
• Responsible for project management facilitation by partnering with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure all deliverables are produced on time and with quality results
• Responsible to support and partner with teams on the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives
• Special project support and ad hoc project requests
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years minimum work experience required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of asset management industry a plus
• Attention to detail; consistent and accurate follow-through on projects
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking and ability to exercise prudent judgment
• Able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
