Description
As a Zipsort Supervisor, you will:
• Be responsible for supervision of the Zip Sort operations group
• Oversee team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives
• Manage the performance and on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback
• Monitor systems to detect possible fraudulent behavior related to credit card usage and contact card holders to investigate possible fraud
• Guide and assist operators with system related concerns and questions
• Direct workflow and implement daily operational strategies
• Communicate operational concerns to upper management and implement solutions
Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise between 20 and 30 owner associates.
• Assigns, instructs, directs, trains and assists employees to support production operation within established work week.
• Ensures employees are aware of their performance, documents incidents related to performance, performs formal appraisals at appropriate intervals and counsel low performers when necessary.
• Investigates and initiates corrective action.
• Maintains time and attendance of all production employees and ensures staffing is adequate and within established guidelines.
• Other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to Three years’ experience in production environment required
• One year previous lead/supervisory experience preferred
• Basic PC skills including knowledge of Excel

• Must be able to work well with others.
