Position Summary:
In this position you will educate callers on our Annuity products, including contract owners, Registered Representatives, Broker Dealers, and internal clients.
You will utilize multiple department systems to provide accurate information and will be expected to comprehend increasingly complex products, features, options, and customer inquiries – including commissions, IRA transfers and rollovers, death benefits, taxation, and investment fund options.
During your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll be maintaining a positive and professional demeanor and make sure you meet or exceed quality and efficiency goals.
Factors for Success:
Candidates for this position are required to possess/achieve the following:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or insurance products and procedures through a combination of experience and/or coursework
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple financial concepts and systems
• Flexibility in a fast-paced team oriented environment
• College degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years related business experience preferred
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, or must pass Series 6 within 8 weeks of hire date. Will receive three weeks of paid onsite study time and have two opportunities to pass the exam).
