Cohn Reznick currently has an exciting career opportunity on the Talent Acquisition team located in our Bethesda, MD or Roseland, NJ office. We are looking for a Temp to Perm Recruiter to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Full life cycle recruiting for experienced assurance/audit professionals, including job postings, proactive candidate sourcing and screening, pipeline analysis and management, offer negotiation and transitioning acceptances to the HR team;
• Partner with hiring managers to present and hire top tier talent;
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing CohnReznick to promote career opportunities.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree;
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, combined corporate recruiting and agency recruiting is preferred;
• Public Accounting experience required;
• Strong track record of effective use of LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook;
• Demonstrated success in working on a high volume of recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to think critically, creatively and strategically;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Flexible, high energy, and a positive attitude.
