HR Leadership Development Program Associate
Our Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) provides recent graduates with a 2 year rotational opportunity to work with HR professionals across multiple disciplines, learning the ins-and-outs of Fiserv’s HR Function from multiple leaders with wide variety of perspectives that make Fiserv one of Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies.”
By taking part in three distinct 8 month rotations, HRLDP Rotation participants join as an HR Analyst with the opportunity to be placed in a number of roles; these can include HR Business Partner roles, Talent Acquisition roles, HR Operations roles, Enterprise Talent Management roles and more. You’ll gain hands-on business and project-based experience with exposure to varying lines of businesses and leadership at different levels enterprise wide.
At the end of the program, you'll have an unparalleled perspective and be ready to immediately dive into exciting challenges, think analytically, identify creative solutions and roll up your sleeves in partnership with your team to deliver results.

Desired Qualifications:
• College Degree | The discipline is flexible as long as you can demonstrate a keen intellect and an interest in building a career in HR. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Geographically mobile | Working for a global company requires an ability and willingness to travel and openness to starting your career in an array of locations during and upon completion of your rotations.
• | Relevant HR work experience and/or general work experience is not required but is highly desirable. Past experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Communication Skills | Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact well within all levels of the company while staying agile is important.
• | We are a large company and getting things done can take time. Commitment to having personal grit to get the job done well (even if it does take a few tries) is essential.
