As a Client Technical Support Representative you will have an exciting and unique opportunity to provide client support for the powerful Business Analytics (IBM Cognos data mining/data warehousing) application. Accurate and timely work in this job is vital to our clients as it can “make or break” the relationship our clients have with their customers. Associates who are successful in this position will experience great job satisfaction and fulfillment in their day to day customer interactions as they help our client achieve their goals and learn the nuances of this complex report writing tool.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Work with a wide range of Fiserv clients enabling them to successfully use the Fiserv Business Analytics product to achieve their business objectives including developing report writing expertise for ad-hoc or scheduled reports, and fielding questions about the processing of the application. You will independently handle client calls and cases by researching and answering questions to determine resolutions to inquiries and challenges with the report writing software. This includes thoroughly tracking, organizing and documenting activities to ensure clients receive regular follow up and the status is consistently updated. You will assist clients by providing product consultation and instructions on how to utilize particular features of the sophisticated and powerful Business Analytics reporting writing tool. The Business Analytics team simulates or recreates customer problems and works with Fiserv’s Development Team to test program corrections as well as to communicate customer suggestions for enhancements to the application. You will attend ongoing training to achieve the level of skill needed to solve more complex problems with this powerful, constantly enhanced, and ever evolving technology. Work with the team to test changes to the software to ensure existing features continue to work as required and new functionality works as expected as new service packs and release upgrades become available. The Business Analytics Client Support team builds valuable relationships with clients so as to maintain a high-level of client satisfaction, resulting in client retention and referrals.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Financial industry experience or IBM/Cognos experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in banking or financial services industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
