We are looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to join the team and help implement administrative systems, procedures and policies for Investments+.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage on-boarding, off-boarding and space management for the team including procurement and management of hardware, software and other office supply orders.
• Provide office management or administrative/executive assistant support with responsibilities including travel, expenses and calendar management.
• Managing team distribution lists, shared mailboxes, calendars, shared folders and communicate and execute updates.
• Process department invoices and work with Business Management to ensure invoices are aligned with budget.
• Liaise with various internal service partners.
• Assist with event management –arranging/coordinating internal/external events, invites and catering.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working in administrative, operations support or similar role.
• Extremely detail oriented with a focus on producing accurate, high quality work.
• Expert communication skills with proven ability to present complex ideas in concise manner.
• Ability to liaise cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
• Motivated team player, able to anticipate problems and work independently to complete projects on time and under budget.
• Quick learner motivated by a fast-paced environment who responds well to flexible/changing environment.
• Expert at “Navigating the gray”– able to build/implement administrative processes, stay ‘on-top’ of project stage gates and drive requests to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
