The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross functional teams. You must have a strong knowledge of Agile methodology and business acumen to prioritize competing user stories. In addition, you should have strong organization, planning skills with a consistent track record for delivering commitments on time.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap
• Analyze ideas and bring recommendations to leadership for prioritization
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to source and generate ideas to build the backlog
• Clearly define requirements and acceptance criteria for the product
• Own the end-to-end development of features from problem identification through testing, release and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
• Implement new ways to gather feedback and make sure that user feedback is preserved at scale
• Creating mockups/prototypes/etc. from input from stakeholder
Required Skills
• 2-4 years working as a product owner/business analyst
• Must be a “Certified Product Owner”
• Ability to decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experienced in writing use cases
• Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills
• Familiar with common product management tools such as Jira
• Team player, detailed oriented
• Outstanding presentation, communication and information sharing skill
• Proficient in MS office suite of products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related
• Banking experience is a plus
