Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager – ASR Menu Expansionin the Diagnostics Division.This Marketing Manager position will be an integral member of the instrumentation marketing team. He/she will be responsible for managing marketing programs and strategies to develop and execute the innovative ASR portfolio to drive growth on the Panther Fusion instrument. The successful candidate will be experienced with knowledge of molecular diagnostic techniques, diagnostic assays, LDT market and associated regulatory guidelines as well as customer workflows, product roadmaps and effective implementation of downstream communication strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with marketing partners to develop and execute a innovative ASR portfolio and long term strategy for growth
• Develop business case for specific ASRs, helping to prioritize those in development and represent marketing on Core teams
• Determine and develop pricing and forecasts for the portfolio of ASRs
• Develop and execute global marketing strategies and tactics in compliance with US and International regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including the commercial organization, R&D, technical service and with customers and industry thought leaders to drive growth of ASRs and Panther Fusions
• Collaborate with IVD and International teams creating and executing marketing and launch plans, within LDT regulatory guidlines
• Complete, monitor and report on worldwide market demand, manage forecasting to ensure appropriate supply levels and revenue expectations.
• Establish active, visible and impactful role in support of U.S. field systems sales activities and success.
• Maintain and communicate updates to competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry thought leaders.
• Lead key marketing activities including beta sites, users groups, advisory boards, workshops and identification of workflow-focused study requirements driving product adoption.

• Excellent communication skills, strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and exhibit high levels of professionalism in customer interactions.
• Sufficient financial and business acumen.
• Deep functional knowledge of molecular diagnostics markets and platforms and/or automated diagnostics analyzers.
• Sufficient analytical skills to oversee workflow and competitive bench mark analysis.
Education and Experience
• BS and/or MBA and 8+ years related experience; specific molecular diagnostics experience and demonstrated success with sales and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
