Job Description:
At Regions, our Private Wealth Assistant will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the coordinated delivery of a broad range of bank products and services (trust, insurance, deposit, credit, mortgage, investment, etc.) to a challenging and sensitive portfolio of affluent clients.
Primary Responsibilities
•Support the Private Wealth management team and rendering an extraordinary high level of services to private wealth management clients
•Facilitate day to day transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, payments, transfers or other routine transactions
•Enter and maintain appropriate client records, loan document preparation and assistance
•Respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority
•Support the sales effort by scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client marketing materials
This position is incentive eligible.
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
This position requires registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to (http://mortgage.nationwidelicensing.org) for more information.
Skills and Competencies
•Accurate typing, spelling and grammar
•Proficient in applicable computer software systems to include word processing, databases and spreadsheets
•Skilled in developing correspondence from notes or instructions
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Excellent organizational and customer service skills
•Good analytical and problem solving skills, including attention to detail
Preferences
•Bachelors degree in a business related field or equivalent
•3+ years private wealth administrative experience or equivalent
•Solid understanding of private wealth processes
