Support the execution of strategic plans to maximize revenue through carrier relationships, data analysis, and product development that align with regional and specialty business organic growth and local market opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
◦ Collaborate with the President of Commercial Lines, CMO’s, and other HUB executives to manage and enhance market relationships
◦ Support California Regional Leaders with market intelligence plus collaboration on compensation and business plan development
◦ Support California Regional Leaders by analyzing and reporting KPI’s for each group
◦ Assist in incubating, creating, and developing insurance programs and products
◦ Collaborates with the HUB corporate and field leadership to forecast, analyze, and report contingent and supplemental commission performance
◦ Evaluates and reports carriers underwriting efficiency
◦ Evaluates and reports carriers service performance
◦ Supports HUB CMO best practices by reporting individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for all CMO’s and maintaining a performance dashboard
◦ Analyze HUB production data and projected global business trends to contribute to the consideration to form new specialties, products, and programs
◦ Support HUB’s acquisition and merger due diligence process to determine gaps, risks, opportunities
◦ Support post-close acquisition integration of carrier production
◦ Identifies new product opportunities offered by carriers for further business development
◦ Create and maintain executive summaries for HUB’s top carrier relationships
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably in property and casualty or employee benefits in a placement, production, client service or underwriting role.
• Insurance Producer license
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Works effectively in a team in all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint
• Proven industry knowledge including industry standards and regulations
