Job Summary:
The Resource Location Strategy (RLS) Analyst will report to the Director of Resource Location Strategy Governance, and will work with multiple stakeholders across the Americas to support service department functions and business units. The purpose of this role is to enhance or establish data analysis that will lead to recommendations for operational efficiency and portfolio optimization in support of the workforce management strategy. The RLS Analyst will produce and deliver meaningful, accurate, actionable, and timely data analysis and presentation preparation to all levels of management.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Major Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed analytics, which may include internal or external financial, operational and/or market data, and is able to summarize into key insights for senior leadership. This role will require working with functional teams such as Occupancy Planning, Human Resources, Change Management, Project Management, and Communications to achieve these objectives.
• Responsible for presentation management KPI consistency and validity according to specified definitions, which will also satisfy internal audit procedures. This includes ensuring life building a cohesive position presentation, as well as, conducting trend analysis using Excel.
• Design, prepare and coordinate working PowerPoint decks and business materials that support monthly and ad hoc leadership meetings
• Distribute metrics for Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and RLS leadership including dashboard reports and perform quality control to enable executive ready presentations.
• Coordinate the implementation of projects by facilitating meetings, gaining consensus, documenting unresolved issues and current risks, and ensure agreed upon next steps take place.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Marketing
• 2 or more years of experience in business planning and analytics
• Corporate Real Estate / Financial Services experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills for written and oral presentations, planning, negotiation, and report building necessitating medium to expert excel skills and medium to expert skills in PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and team oriented interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
• Demonstrated ability to identify and quantify performance improvement measures and solution alternatives
• Motivated with the ability to convey a sense of urgency and to work productively in a corporate environment
• Process focus for sustainability, quality, and innovation
• Ability to be flexible to changing business needs
