Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with assigned engagement teams to ensure timely processing of client invoices
• Responsible for electronic preparation of client invoices and related activities
• Analysis of client accounts by using all reporting tools available
• Take initiative to accurately research and resolve items on ledgers
• Respond to inquiries from engagement teams and clients
• Required to interact with clients to discuss billing inquiries and/or outstanding balances
• Develop and distribute reports as required
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Comply with established Firm policies and procedures
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years work experience in finance or professional service organizations
• Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparation of client invoices
• Experience with Elite time and billing system a plus
• Experience with MSFT D365 – CRM/ERP
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function as a member of a team to accomplish group objectives
• Ability to meet monthly deadlines
