Director, Product Marketing for Loyalty Solutions/Managed Services
Overview
The Global B2B & Product Marketing organization, as part of Integrated Marketing & Communications, is accountable for end-to-end product marketing. This includes leveraging consumer and customers insights to identify, test and refine product concepts; positioning our solutions internally and externally; developing sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and developing, executing and scaling marketing plans globally.
Role
The Director of Global B2B & Product Marketing for Loyalty Solutions & Managed Services is a fast paced role that serves as the connective tissue across Loyalty Solutions, Managed Services, Sales and the Integrated Marketing & Communications organization. The successful Director will:
•Differentiate Mastercard by deepening consumer & customer engagement with our loyalty platforms.
•Support scaling of Managed Services by partnering with issuer marketing and by integrating it as a complementary solution through key sales enablement materials.
•Craft and recommend product value propositions that are consumer-led, customer-relevant, crisp and competitively-positioned
•Develop robust content to power sales including scalable selling materials, case studies, b2b2c materials, case studies, and more.
•Execute global marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage and that leverage global best practice, are regionally relevant, and can be efficiently shared and scaled
•Seamlessly bridge with Data & Services team. Cross pollinate by sharing Product Marketing disciplines and integrating D&S lessons learned.
•Help business to investigate, define and implement optimal strategy that amplifies Mastercard’s Loyalty Solutions difference internally and externally.
This position will partner with other areas of Integrated Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment with Consumer Insights, B2B Strategy, and; compliance with brand architecture and seamless hand-off to B2B & B2C channels groups. The position reports to the Vice President, Credit & Loyalty Global Product Marketing.

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
•Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Demonstrated success delivering results with global and remote project teams
•Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
•Problem solver who uses data and insights combined with ingenuity to develop ideas
•Creative and agile, with a can-do spirit and start up mindset
•Passionate about product and solutions marketing
•Superior written and oral communication skills
•Must be results driven, solutions and customer focused
