FINANCIAL SALES ANALYST
As the Financial Sales Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in the preparation of financial and business related analyses including research in the areas of finance, sales, operations, and other business functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this exciting role; you will support Client Partner teams through monthly sales, contract and retention reporting. You will assist in the timely preparation and review of monthly results including analysis, metrics and business review decks.
ADDITIONALLY YOU WILL IMPACT FISERV BY:
• Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts and analyze trends in sales, revenue general business conditions and other related areas
• Analysis of sales/client partner variable compensation calculations including projections for bonus and commissions based on current pipelines and quota
• Conduct special research studies and partner with other departments in preparing analyses
• Recommend business improvements in execution and assist with implementation of procedures to improve efficiencies, accurately report results and increase company profits
• Compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed
• Problem solving is expected and frequent. You will define issues, collect data and establish facts to assist manager and draw relevant conclusions
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of reported and forecasted results
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Corporate Policy
• Interact with different levels to provide analytical and financial support
• Ad hoc and monthly reporting
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Experience and Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum 1 year business related experience including similar job responsibilities.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
• You quickly learn the organization, work environment, products, and processes alongside a working knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting theory, practices, principles, and regulations.
• Strong organization skills in order to effectively handle several concurrent projects and priorities.
• You have a keen eye with phenomenal attention to detail.
• Prepare reports on time and accurately.
• You thrive in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, puzzles are no match for you!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strength working independently and as a team member.
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships throughout the organization.

• Previous banking or similar industry knowledge.
• SAP and Business Warehouse experience.
• CPA and MBA a plus
